Crystalgen^® Cell & Tissue Flasks are the ideal vessel for long-term cultivation or large-scale expansion of cells, providing the best protection against contamination. Crystalgen^® Tissue Culture Flasks feature a vented cap to allow for gas exchange without compromising the sample and a canted neck for easier cell distribution. Each bottle is certified to be sterile and free of pyrogens, endotoxins and cytotoxins. Flasks are available in four sizes: T–25, T–75, T–175 and T-225 (Standard, only) with three treated surface options to choose from:

• Standard Tissue Culture: hydrophilic and contains a variety of negatively charged functional groups that support cell attachment and spreading.

• Cell+ Tissue Culture: designed for particularly sensitive adherent cells (e.g. primary cells, sensitive cell culture lines, and cells that are cultivated under serum-reduced/serum-free conditions). 

• Suspension Tissue Culture: hydrophobic surface particularly suitable for the cultivation of suspension cells and minimizes cell losses during the sub-cultivation due to unwanted micro-adhesion.
