• Solution I *: 6 ml
• Solution II **: 12 ml
• Solution III: 24 ml

• 2ml Collection tube: 50
• Instruction Manual: One Copy

* Before the first use, add RNase A solution to Solution I and store at 4^OC. Other solutions shall be stored at room temperature. 

** If white precipitation is observed in Solution II when temperature is low, warm the bottle to 37^OC with occasional mixing until re-dissolved. 

***Add 40 or 195 ml 95% ethanol to 13 or 65 ml Wash solution respectively before the first use.
