Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) is a basal medium solution used for the growth support of mammalian cells. This solution is primarily useful in cell culture labs, specifically those that research fibroblasts, glial cells, neurons and smooth muscle cells.

Notable Modifications
