Cell-Freezing Medium A(Antibiotic Freezing Medium,2X)-5ml

L-15 Medium containing: 20mM HEPES; 20% fetal bovine serum; 200 units penicillin and 200 µg streptomycin per ml. Suspend tissue or pelleted cells in cold Cell-Freezing Medium A. Transfer to a freezing vial and add equal parts of Cell-Freezing Medium B. Mix well and freeze by apporporiate methods.
