TBE Buffer,10X-10L

10X TBE Buffer is a sterile-filtered solution of 1M Tris, 0.9M Boric Acid, and 0.01M EDTA used to prepare 1X buffer for polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis. 10X TBE Buffer is available in either a 1-L plastic bottle or in a 4L and 10L container.
