SSC,20X-5X4L

20X SSC is formulated for use in nucleic acid hybridization and blot transfer applications. It is used in concentrations ranging from 0.2X to 20X, depending on the application. Supplied in 1L plastic bottles, or in a 4L or 10L contains 3.0 M NaCl and 0.3M sodium citrate, at pH 7.0.
