SDS gel-loading Buffer,2x-5X2ml

This is a traditional gel-loading buffer for SDS denature electrophoresis. It contains thiol reagents.

• Tris-Cl (pH 6.8) : 100mM
  
• SDS (electrophoresis grade) : 4% (w/v)
  
• Bromophenol Blue : 2% (w/v)
  
• Glycerol : 20% (v/v)
  
• Dithionreitol or β-mercaptoethanol : 200mM
