Polynucleotide Kinase Forward Reaction Buffers, T4-2X1ml

For use with T4 Polynucleotide Kinase for optimal labeling of dephosrylated 5’ ends (5’ phosphate ends) of nucleic acids. The forward reaction catalyzes the transfer of a terminal ү-phosphate of ATP to the 5’ hydroxyl end of DNA or RNA.
