Polynucleotide Kinase Exchange Reaction Buffers, T4-2X1ml

For use with T4 Polynucleotide Kinase for labeling of 5’ ends (5’ phosphate ends) of nucleic acids. In the exchange reaction, T4 Polynucletide Kinase transfers the 5’ phosphate group from DNA to ADP and subsequently transfers the ү-phosphate of ATP to the free 5’ hydroxyl group to rephosporylate the DNA.
