Pancreatic RNAse A-250mg

Purified from bovine pancreas. The enzyme is an endoribonuclease that specifically attacks single-stranded RNA at C and U residues. One unit of enzyme causes an increase in absorbance of 1.0 at 260nm when yeast RNA is hydrolyzed at 37^oC and pH5.0. Fifty units are approximately equivalent to 1 Kunitz unit (3).
