Gel-loading Buffer, 10X-3X1ml

10X Gel loading buffer is formulated for eaasy loading and tracking of DNA samples in agarose or native polyactylamide gels. This loading buffer features higher density sucrose which allows for easier pipetting than glycerol-based loading buffers. It contains 65% (w/v) sucrose, 10mM tris-HCl (pH7.5), 10mM EDTA, and 0.3% (w/v) bromophenol blue.
