Concentration 250µg per ml. The soldium dexycholate complex of amphotericin B forms a coloidal dispersion in aqueous media. Effective in suppressing growth of many yeasts and fungi. Half-life in serum-containing media at 37oC is about 7 days. recommended use in cell culture, 2 to 2.5µg per ml.
