dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dGTP(2’- deoxynucleoside 5’-triphpsphates) are supplied as convenient, ready-to-use solutions at a concentration of 100mM in highly purified (pH8.2). These nucleotides are suitable for use in PCR, sequencing, nick translation, fill-in, cDNA synthesis, and TdT tailing reactors, as well as for dilution of readiolabled dNTPs.
