Deoxyribonucleoside Triphosphates(dNTPs, Mix and Inividual, 10mM)-1ml

dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dGTP(2’- deoxynucleoside 5’-triphpsphates) are supplied as convenient, ready-to-use solutions at a concentration of 10mM in 1mM Tris-HCl (pH7.5). The 10mM dNTP Mix contain of 10mM. These nucleotides are suitable for use in PCR, sequencing, nick translation, fill-in, cDNA synthesis, and TdT tailing reactors, as well as for dilution of readiolabled dNTPs.
