Cell-Freezing Medium B (DMSO Freezing Medium, 2X)-50ml
L-15 Medium containing: 20mM HEPES; 15% DMSO; and 2% PVP. After suspending cells or tissue in Cell-Freezing Medium A add equal parts Cell-Freezing Medium B. Mix well and freeze by appropriate methods. pH 7.2 to 7.3.
