Cell-Freezing Medium A(antibitic Freezing Medium, 2X)-50ml

L-15 Medium containing: 20mM HEPES; 20% fetal bovine serum; 200 units penicillin and 200 µg streptomoycin K56per mL. Suspend tissue or pelleted cells in cold Cell-Freezing Medium A. Transfer to a freezing vial and add equal parts of Cell-Freezing Medium B. Mix well and freeze by appropriate methods. pH 7.2 to 7.3.
