Blocking Buffer-4L

Blocking buffer is used for western blotting. A blocking solution for western blots is phosphate-buffered saline containing 5%(w/v) nonfat dried milk, 0.01% antifoam, and 0.02% sodium azide, 10mM Tris-Cl (pH8.0), 150mM NaCl and 0.05% Tween-20.
